In-Person & Telehealth
Why This Is My Passion
I, along with two colleagues, founded and developed this practice because we wanted to do therapy differently, creating a space that is authentic, accessible, and genuinely supportive.
My Credentials & Commitment To Clients
I’m a licensed mental health therapist in both Pennsylvania and Ohio, committed to supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and major life transitions. I earned my bachelor’s degree in 2014 in Human Services and my master’s degree in 2016 in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Geneva College, where I developed a strong foundation in person-centered, evidence-based care.
Client Centered Approaches I Use
My therapeutic style is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate. I integrate approaches such as CBT, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care with a warm, down-to-earth presence. I believe in honoring each person’s story while helping them develop practical, sustainable skills to improve their emotional well-being. Whether you’re seeking clarity, coping tools, or deeper healing, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. In describing what she feels most confident in, Jocelyn said, “I am awesome at meeting people where they are at. I like a good challenge and appreciate chaos. I am awesome at listening to people and putting my heart into others.”
